Tanya Bellows

With a background in BSc Environmental Science and working in urban greenspaces since around 2015, I am undertaking my Masters in LLM Legal Practice to forge my career in Environmental Law, supported by my roles in the UK Environmental Law Association. As a life-long activist for communities, animals and Earth, I have realised that law is where I can make an impact in advocating for others. As a hobby and passion, I run a community project called CommuniTree, inviting wildlife and vibrancy to our roads, public pathways and our gardens.

Alex Catallo

Alex's background spans ecology, science education, and sustainability, giving her a grounded understanding of both natural systems and human behaviour. She is a board member of Sustainability Education and founder of Connect the Wild Foundation, committed to funding nature recovery with one question at its heart: what would nature do with financial abundance? Just as nature cycles and regenerates, Connect the Wild seeks to ease cash flow for nature recovery, shifting abundance from the business world back into nature while demonstrating the reciprocity between nature recovery organisations and local business.

Alex is completing an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and is a trained Deep Time Walk facilitator, currently deepening her practice through studies in ecopsychology. She is developing a coaching approach that works with nature as co-facilitator, and is caretaker of TerraCirca — a growing space to share visions for Dorset and forge alliances around the inspiring work emerging in local communities.
